This was a temporary glitch associated with the implementation of the General forum waiting period. It should be resolved now.
He hasn't been banned, just suspended until his swollen ego subsides and he realizes that nobody has an "inalienable right" to talk about committing crimes on a privately managed sneaker forum.
He ranted about this in the waiting period thread, completely off topic, and I let it go. He created a silly false equivalency "protest" thread and I let it go. He sent some abusive comments to my inbox and I patiently explained our policy to him.
Being patient ≠ Being a pushover.
