I still love the last 2 seasons of Lost. Was just rewatching the series with the ex who had never seen it before, got about halfway through season 4

i truly think the writers wrote themselves into a hole they couldn't get out of..

therefore they just took the easy way out, that's what happens when a show runs too long.

They came clean on how the show came together.

They were positive it'd get cancelled after the first 12 episodes, so they wanted to make a really awesome, mysterious 12 episode mini-series where they just stuffed in as much of their favorite fantasy and sci-fi stuff as they could.

Then the ratings went through the roof and they were in full panic mode. Dead serious.

And I mean... look at Prometheus.... Damon Lindelof wrote it... and nothing was answered... dude just likes to mess with people

i don't care what people say, LOST was a great series.. one of these days i'll re-watch it.

could they have ended it differently? hell yeah, but it is what it is. 

Truth. People never focused on the bigger picture and the lesson it taught (moving on)...I thought it was amazing.

I've rewatched all 6 seasons before and I picked up a lot of things I didn't the first time (such as Jack's plane seat was 23, his number)..

To be completely honest, I didn't think about that.

My ex hacked my account and she's been going through my posting history and even posting a few times. When I figured it out (a few minutes ago), the first thing that came to mind was to dead the account all together.

lost fell off after season 2. A lot of writers lately are more concerned with cliffhangers and mystery rather than solid  story telling...a trend that was started by lost (and I really hate lost for that).
