The buckle you pictured is actually a handmade custom. Theres some info about it in the link I posted below the pic of the utility belt. I think it released around 2009 so it might be kinda hard to find now. But dont be deterred by ebay listings claiming handmade customs, most of those are better quality than the mass produced hot topic laminate joints.
