I currently feel the same way. Counterparts aren't pulling their weight and I'm running all over the place. It's frustrating.

My boss just came to me with a problem they are creating on their own that effects me but did not offer any solution or even any care as to how it does effect me.

So with that on top of other things that show a complete state of neglect for me as a member of their staff, this whole place can **** off.
