In the same boat. Still rocking an iphone 6. I am a buy the phone out right type. So the thought of dropping $1k on a phone still bothers me. At this point might just wait for the new phone anad hope to get an Xs for slightly cheaper. It is def time to upgrade though. My phone is super slow

I'm on the 6S plus. Changed the battery when Apple had the promotion and the past two months it's kinda lagging again. Maybe the phone cant keep up with some of these apps? I don't know....kinda want the XS just to save a little but I like the size of the max.
