Women at work: 3,4,5-inch heels, legs on point, short tight skirts/tight pants, make-up game on point, hair on point.

Women at home: house shoes, shorts/sweatpants/t-shirt, no make-up, hair not really on point.

Better to be at work?

So I helped out my neighbor during the snowstorm last week. He got his car stuck in the snow so my dad and I helped shovel him out and clear up some of his driveway. Yesterday I come home to a bottle of wine and a $100 Visa gift card in the mailbox.

Is it weird that I feel a little insulted by the $100? I was just being a good neighbor and helping him out; I didn't expect any type of payment. I mean I'm gonna keep the gift card :lol
Even though I'm not much of a wine drinker, it's cool knowing he appreciated our help. Just thought it was weird to receive monetary compensation as well.

Knowing that my wife looks good at work, I'm happy she can lounge at home like that.

I think it's weird your feel insulted. Maybe 'insulted' isn't the word? Saying your insulted makes me think you expected more than $100 lol.

That's nice of your neighbor though. I miss living in a neighborhood where people always said 'hi' or waved hello when you passed by.

I love my girls hair being messy, no make up, and just chilling.

Yeah maybe awkward is a better word to describe my feelings. Like I said, I expected nothing at all really. Right after we finished he said "thanks" and we both went about our business. I was actually confused when I saw the wine bottle in the mailbox yesterday and didn't realize it was from him until I opened the "Thank You" card that came with it.

Like if he tried to give me stuff in person right after helping him at least I could politely decline. I'd return the stuff but I'm sure that comes off as rude too.

Yeah, man. Just accept and be thankful. Definitely don't get that type of courtesy or 'thank you's' from people these days.

21 is dope. I've really started liking playing basketball. I use to hate it.
