The GSW scheme on Dirk was one of the most effective shutdowns of a superstar player that I've EVER seen. Jack on his own had a lot to do with it, but you can't say it was all him. That'd be like saying GSW's shutdown of Yao that year was all Harrington
At this point in his career, I don't think he can be shutdown in the same sense as he was vs Jack (and Bowen too)

hmm.. at this point, it would take 90s pippen or rodman to stop him.

Bruh, I forget too. Looking back at the past box scores, why did JVG do that..
But then again, looking at the box scores, I suppose to get another scorer in the starting lineup.
That whole team minus Yao + T-Mac...
I don't think Sura played another meaningful minute after that series and ended up retiring
