Jeez, Colin is such a whiny baby about the neo on PS I love you.
Same thing can be said about a few people on this thread about PS 4.5

Basically. I can't justify a $500+ Canadian retail to be stuck with another 500GBIf they put out the 4.5 w/ a 500GB, Sony can go **** themselves.
I can't justify it even in American money papiBasically. I can't justify a $500+ Canadian retail to be stuck with another 500GB
About the game
In Pyre, you lead a band of exiles through an ancient competition spread across a vast, mystical purgatory.
Pyre once again showcases our small team’s commitment to rich atmospheric presentation and storytelling, along with a distinctive gameplay blend that combines expressive decision making on the world map with fast, action-packed confrontations against rival groups of exiles whose own freedom is at stake. We want to create a large cast of characters you can grow close to as you travel together across a strange and wondrous land.

Pyre will be making its console debut on PS4 in 2017. We’ll have more details about the exact time closer to release
I see alot of his points. Especially saying Sony should have just waited 2-3 years and released this all on the PS5.Jeez, Colin is such a whiny baby about the neo on PS I love you.
Can't wait I loved supergiants first two games so I'm excited for thisAbout to watch PS I Love You and am expecting Colin to go off on one.

Introducing Pyre, the new PS4 game from the creators of Transistor and Bastion
Check out Supergiant Games’ upcoming RPG, due out in 2017
Liked Transistor and Bastion so this is an automatic buy at this point.

They both made great points but I think Colin is overreacting a bit. Again, nobody is being forced to upgrade. Just like Greg said, nothing that's been leaked so far has made me want this new PS4. I think we'll have new Xbox and PS5 by 2018, 2019 at the latest. I'm perfectly fine with using my current PS4 for another 2, 3 years. I don't even have a 4K TV and to be honest I'd rather build a PC which is something I've been wanting do for a while. As long as Sony doesn't start giving special exclusive perks to NEO, I could care less.I see alot of his points. Especially saying Sony should have just waited 2-3 years and released this all on the PS5.
I'm siding more with Greg on this one. I think Colin is overreacting but I expect similar reactions from some consumers.
What I do agree with him on is that, they have to market this properly as it can easily go wrong, MS 2013 style.
Also, it's a business and being pro-active is better than reactionary. Imagine if the NX takes off and MS makes their own upgraded console as the rumors suggests.
PS4 suddenly goes from being the most powerful console to the weakest. I know being the weakest didn't hurt the PS2 at all but times have changed.
4K is also pretty big for Sony and it's probably the whole point of this so pimping the PS4 to support UHD Blu-Ray makes sense.
I'll be interested to see how this all plays out. It's one of those things I wouldn't have predicted would happen.

I'm expecting it to be 500GB. For Sony, if they can sell the PS4.5 at $349 w/500GB, they will pull the trigger on it.If the PS4K have the 500 GB..
It'll be $399-$499 and the normal ps4 I can see being dropped to $299If the PS4K have the 500 GB..

Well I mean, they're going to. This new ps4 from the specs isn't enough of a leap to halt any other next gen stuff. a new gen was gonna happen in 2018-2019 regardless of any hardware in between2TB PS4K for $469.99.
I'll be down for that.
I just don't hope that come Feb. 2018, SONY announces PS5.
