Hope Osaka can make a nice run, but she's in a tricky section of the draw.

It was entertaining and unfolded pretty much how you'd expect it to... that Penko came out swinging... hit a lot of winners... and missed a lot as well.

Naomi was pretty solid tho (I think she had zero UFEs in the 1st). Good for her.

Kinda and kinda not officially. He hasn't announced anything, but in tennis, you don't really need to announce it. You can just stop playing and eventually, all your points will eventually be dropped after 52 weeks. I think he still practices occasionally, but not to a level that's needed to be a pro.

I agree though... as much as I dislike the guy,... his commentary has been pretty decent. Very different than how he comes across on his own social media or the mainstream media.
