If that was the case the quality in JB would never had dropped so $*!%!!!! Nike and JB taught you well.
In the original cost of sneakers, product and development and marketing factor in. In retros there's almost none of that. That's the most expensive part of creating the shoe. Not having it made in a sweatshop in Taiwan or china.
