So, I have this awesome velvet Ralph blazer that I've had for years. Just pulled it out of the closet and it's definitely a size (or two) to big. I just brought it to a local dry cleaner, who does alterations and he seems to believe that it'll take too much work for it to fit the way it should.

Does anyone know of any true, legit specialist tailors in NYC that could potentially help me out?

I mean, no offense to the dry cleaner, he could've been right, but he was hardly an expert.

They cut the tags out? Still wondering why my local Macy's did that or if all of them did.Im still heated about it.

I swooped mine from eBay and it had tags I cut them though. Not sure about what your Macy's is doing but that's weird.

When they put all the D&S on final clearance,they cut all the tags out,which isn't that big of a deal except they done a **** job so almost all the shirts had holes in them.

the discounts were good all the shirts were from 8-12$ shorts and jeans were 15-20 if I remember correctly.

Honestly i havent cared about the bear tees since they started releasing em in the spring. Between the quality, sizing, lack of colors and the pricing (which relates to the quality) theyve been an easy pass for me. Plus i already got this 1 in navy blue (long sleeve)
