a6000 series is a good rec maybe the 6300 if you want the ability to film in 4k, check out the zv series for the most current ‘beginner’ range of sony photo/video cameras

I was born in San Francisco but I moved to NYC when I was a kid. I come back to visit every other year or so. My grandma still lives in the outer sunset, where I used to as well. It's a very special place to me, ocean beach might be my favorite place in the world.
