I wonder how long Beal can play poorly before someone nationally picks up on it.

Wizards need to not give him the supermax and trade him.
Not saying you’re wrong but what do they have to gain by trading him? I’m not sure they’d be able to get enough value in picks/young prospects from a team that might want him to make. That’s more like going for a tank than a rebuild. But I guess some would prefer that to treading water as a play-in team paying Beal $45MM+.

OKC probably has enough picks but they probably don’t want Beal

This is part of the reason he doesn’t wanna leave. There’s zero expectations in Washington. Nobody watches the team. There are no eyes on him.

He can be one of the highest paid players ever, with absolutely no pressure to accomplish anything.

Ima Big Curry fan but Yea the second the pressure came in for the 16 threes again and he played into it I knew it was gonna get ugly lol. As much as we appreciate players for the rare times they are honest I definitely wish he woulda just gave the PC answer cuz these past few games been brutal 😂

Yet he leads the league in 3PM by 41 makes and is shooting 40% from 3 with damn near double the attempts of the next closest person in front of him (2-3x the attempts of most of the players ahead of him).

I know you’re better than this. You don’t have to go out like this bruh. It
13 very below average games out of 25 played. That's 52%. In a 7 game series can the Warriors sustain Curry being well below average in 4 out of 7 games? To be determined

Team trading for him needs to be confident that he'll stay though. Feel like it drains the pool of teams that would interested in him.

Other than a Benjamin trade, which basically has to happen, I’m starting to think there is not going to be a lot of player movement this season before the deadline.

With the lack of dominant teams/parity in the league, I feel like teams aren’t going to want to give up assets for guys that may only provide a marginal upgrade for them. We’ll see though.

The progression to the mean is going to be funny. And your screenshots will stop :lol:
He's not getting any younger. He'll be 34 by the time the playoffs start. He can still go off on a given night but no longer has the stamina or accuracy on a regular basis. Career lows from the field tell a true story. Safe to say his best days are behind him.

@BIG DISINGENUOUS:

-Doesn’t listen to podcasts.
-Argues in bad faith using filtered BBall Ref screenshots that only tell part of the story.
-Takes a 26 game sample size, assumes it will hold over the course of the remaining 56 games (4 months) despite major incoming roster additions and applies aforementioned assumption from the shaky sample to a seven game series.
