For years people been picking them to finally make the playoffs.

One of my best friends is a Kings fan and for at least 7 years he’s started every season off saying “What’s stopping the Kings from grabbing the 8-seed???” only be start talking draft picks by the new year I’ll give him credit, though. He watches EVERY Kings game which is really a form of abuse but at least he’s not fairweather

That’s how the real Kings fans are. Like nelson999 was back in here the first couple weeks of the season repping “Off Night”, but hasn’t made an appearance in a while. They keep the optimism for the start of every season, but recognize quick when it’s time to abandon it
