I can dig it though. They are a collector's type of shoe, but I think on a whole, the concept behind the XIs made them the best. 

truth, the 8s were nice and one of my favorite 8s but didnt really follow the theme as well as others but these are just completely wrong. I like the shoe now but it definitely shouldn't have been a "What the" ...the Lebron 11s had one of the best concepts but I think it was a terrible execution. Hated that shoe. My favorites are still the dunks followed by the Kobe 7s.

lol stop it... i did that one time... all my posts are serious besides a very minimal amount... those christmas 12's look terrible and we all know it... should we get on here and lie about it?

u act as if I'm the only one that dogged out the 12's... i just keep it real about the situation... the shoe has plenty of potential... but the cw's havent been hittin like that.... when they do... i say it... the bhm's are a great example of the potential... fire in my eyes... but thats about it so far...

The leaked "alleged" Kobe X ASG doesn't have much(or any) multi color at first look. If anything it has the gradient color change on the outsole. If judging by that, I'm expecting a let down of a shoe. I did hear that the Kyrie is supposed to be fire and the best one of the pack.

Comfort trumps all for me...and these XIIs have plenty of it. Not to mention they're the first absolute, 100% TTS Lebron since the VII.


Any inadequacies can be overlooked with a decent CW and the comfort they possess.

People who have gone "all in" on previous models in the past expect to be in love with every c/w.

I've been there, but no longer need/want a million c/w's in one silhouette.

If a line has 2 or 3 that I like, I consider that a huge success and I'm kinda already there with the XII between released, IDs and PEs.

I won't end up buying a bunch(3+), but it's a nice shoe to look at and doesn't "need saving" at all imo.

The WTL 11 look like clown shoes. As a matter fact all the "what the" shoes look like HORRIBLE. The exception being those Kobes that just dropped and that's because it was a tacky, done for the sake of being "different" shoe. If any other brand would have done some crap like that every website would be calling them the worst shoe of all time.

Totally disagree. I loved the WTL 11 because it was a mashup of his signature line. Like the orginal WT shoe (Dunks). Nike has made it a annual thing but the idea of a off the wall mash up shoe was great and the LeBron 11 pulled it off the best IMO. TBH the reason the WTL doesn't get the love it deserves is because it wasn't as limited as previous WT sneakers. I notice people tend to judge shoes based off availability. Although they'll never admit it IMO.

Clown shoes are usually all red. I know a lot of people who have bought all red shoes over the last year. To be technical. I can't recall many clowns with multi color shoes.

I honestly thought it was horrendous when it was initially shown and people were dropping close to 1k to get them early. Think it couldn't have been done alot better, the worst thing about them was the white base then the soles.

i dont "hate" them... i think its a dope shoe with poor execution on the cw's for the most part... i just said i think the bhm's are fire... and i checked in to see if the anyone had a shot of the allstars yet... hoping maybe they will start gettin things back right... u act as if I'm in here daily bashing the shoe I'm not in the minority of people when i say the cw's for the 12 have been underwhelming thus far... if u say they have wowed u... Undsed my Datas tonight to go watch the Lebron-less Cavs get slaughtered by the Kings.

I have to say, I didn't really believe when some of you said there was a difference between the forefoot zoom and different cws, but even from just walking in them, they were way more bouncy than my HoaLs. It was seriously one of those "so this is how these pods are supposed to feel" experiences. HoaLs aren't cardboard by any means so I'm not complaining, but now I really want to try the Datas out on-court. I've already dedicated the HoaLs for hooping though and don't want to beat the Datas up like that, but I'm very tempted.

Yes, they're hoop shoes I know. But I wanna take care of them since they were a gift so give me a break

i dont think he's being literal in the traditional sense of actual clown shoes….but moreso shoes that a clown (not an actual clown, but just an individual people would label a clown) would wear. which i agree, they are clown status.
