Sonics jerseys are boring as hell. There literally are templates for them they could have played around with. Also, their official logo had the Seattle skyline, it was just never on a jersey. That should be incorporated.

If that Sonics return, all they need to do is return to their original branding. They had some of the best uniforms in sports history pre-1995 before their rebrand.
OKC needs a major rebrand too. Joints look like a video game “create-a-team” generic template
And let’s change these teams names:
Memphis Sounds
New Orleans Jazz
Utah Grizzlies or anything other than Jazz
