Handle wasn’t tight and shot not good enough…plus he was a character concern guy so who knows what was going on with him off the courtTo this day I still dont understand how Josh Jackson became a bust. 6'7, athletic, and could create his own shot. Dude really dissapointed me. I remember watching his Mcdonalds All American game and he looked better than Tatum to me at that time. They both were top tier wing prospects
I have no issue with a Hall of famer's pregame routine.Just finished watching. What are your thoughts on the comments he made at the 55:59 mark? Would be interested in getting your perspective
@BIG LEEMELONE This was a solid listen. He really pulled himself up by his bootstraps to make it to the league.
What are your thoughts on DA?
Different time and place. I agree. Impoverished beginnings and genetics gave rise to highly motivated players. But you can’t act like genetics and big business can’t give rise to a new level. This is a billions of dollar industry. This ain’t the playground no more. It’s a machine.KG broke this down PERFECTLY. . Different game completely. In today’s NBA these kids are literally selected at a young age and prepped to be NBA players mainly off of potential and pedigree. The previous era you were in the league because you were a baller. Not saying it’s not ballers now obviously, but it was a whole different level of desperation and hunger back then. I do respect that.
I hope these thread bans aren't permanent. Good people getting banned.
What I miss?
Speaking of New York Basketball…..Kiyan Anthony really is looking like a first round prospect .

Do I need to bump posts?A lot of us didnt like the pick. Especially with MPJ falling, SGA, and both Bridges right there for the taking.
Then he'd show some flashes once every 10 games and we'd be pulled back in overrating our young player per usual.
These "scouts" tricked us
Luka look like he actually working out now.

yall giving high crime, step outside after 7pm or between these street number cities too high of a rating just because you recognize the names. I am on site for work tomorrow I’ll take cost of living, crime, traffic (arguably the first 2 are ear elephant in the nba tax bracket but crucial to us normies), diversity, entertainment, night life into account. Looks like I have been in 16 that I can recallTrying to take all things into consideration:

At least with SLC I could theoretically be adventurous outdoors (hiking, skiing) and be an hour away via plane from Vegas.
As a 48 year old
The middle of this list always interests me. It's filled with "I get why the model would have him there" but also "this guy is 100% going in cause we just know"
if you come to OKC, bbq on me. Pause. Or whatever w you want to do whether some country bama **** or some proof OKC is like any other big city ****. Ask storm2006LA

This is not a ranking. These are the NBA cities I’ve actually been in.
I need to travel more.
Tenure matters.Don’t really understand how you get Cryrie at 93% and then have guys like Luka and Tatum at 41 and 32 when they have more accolades.
Booker at like 5% is egregious.
