I believe it's by account. I was logged in on Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer and it would show my cart contents on all 3. When it automatically logged me out a few times, the cart would empty then reappear once I logged back in.

Easy? If you call waiting for over an hour and having it in your cart then getting cart jacked because I couldn't check out. Then yes it's real "easy" smh
