Any specific tips on taking care of solid 18k gold jewelry? Polishing etc, anything specific I should use?

An 18k solid gold bracelet was passed onto me some time ago by my grandfather. It's close to 100 years old so it has quite a few scratches but it's been polished by our local jeweler a few times throughout the decades.
