The entire card was horrible ... The main almost saved it, but ended to quickly and dudes were gassed.

Werdum. My man had the choke sunk before his *** hit the mat :hat

Granted Cain looked horrible but i think Fabricio is a bad match up for him at the best of times.

That Yair kid came out wildin in the first round. Wheel kick and then that switch that almost landed flush :eek

And i listened to that Curson guy on Rogan's podcast. Real interesting stuff.

Sports science lab run a similar protocol in terms in plyometrics, force production etc. I remember seeing video of GSP rehabing there after blowing out his knee.

Gonna be sad when my guy Machida retires.

Dude's highlight reel is :hat

Just watched the last 2 fights again:
Melendez is stealing money while other guys get nothing.
Cain was gassed halfway through the first.. Horrible preparation.

Ya, right @ the buzzer, too.

The crane kick to Randy was amazing, but I think his KO of Rashad will always be my favorite even tho it wasn't as :eek as some of his others.

Machida def gonna be missed when he hangs em up. I honestly thought he'd be on a tear for a really long time. Kind of sad how his career has been ending with these Ls

Reading some articles, damn, Werdum should probably be considered one of the best HW's ever. Looking at his resume and his performances... I can't argue that at all

doom :smokin

well deserving champ.

Cain will bounce back, pretty stoked we get to see some new match ups at HW now

altitude, 600+ days of inactivity aside....I just saw a complete mixed martial artist beat up a wrestler with a great GNP, and good striking....cain need to evolve man, extreme pressure and good boxing arent going to do it anymore.

I always thought cain was beatable, and shined due to the shallow division....STILL think hes an all time great tho

but the disparity of skillset x strategy between the 2 was massive on saturday night...cain did not look like the champ.

Imagine cain training at Jacksons or tristar.....8o

what do yall think? Should cain stay at AKA or look to shake things up?

kinda disappointed Gil let off the gas.....gotta give it to Eddie, he fought through that first round and scrapped it out.

enjoyed the card! but then again, I never pay for them :hat

Cain is fine at AKA, although they train way too hard

He just got beat by a complete fighter at the apex of his craft. Cain also suffered from a 2 year layoff and that elevation was NO JOKE, like you mentioned. I also predicted that Werdum would be able to match Cain's quickness/cardio which Cain had the advantage over everyone else in the division. Cain was also just more mobile and agile

Werdum may also be on that RDA special anyway lol..  not taking anything away from him because what he did to Hunt and Browne made me take notice after already beating a number of other big names. Dude is just at the top of his game mentally and physically. I wonder how long he will sustain this

Werdum with the Last of Mohicans walkout song :lol :hat

That round two and three beating felt so satisfying.

Dos Santos must be so happy right now that he doesn't have to take as many fights to get back in the title picture

it's just hard to have a long reign at heavyweight - w/ multiple defenses... not just sitting out cause of injury. does anyone think werdum defends the belt 3 times?

Guy is turning 38 in a month. If he does have a long reign, beating Dos Santos (a guy that KO'd him in less than 2 minutes), I won't know how to think.

I would love to see a rematch with JDS and let Cain beat Browne for another rematch with Werdum. I want to see cain not in elevation lol

Stipe body is ready...

Charles vs Max gone look like Dhalsim vs Dhalsim. Sick fight though :hat
