They have huge casino cruise liners docked and casino rooms in hotels on yas and other islands along the coast. They are there not on mainland dubai of course.

There will be, if some are willing to. They’ll just be sanctioned by the ufc
When commissions aren’t involved everything is sourced by the ufc
The ca commission doesn’t have the authority to be involved on reservations but the commission is just making it clear that they think it’s a bad idea

Not that things ever go to plan, but it's looking like Khabib is going to make his title defense in September, meaning if he wins that he probably wouldn't fight again until 2021. Conor going to have to take another fight or two before then

Going to be interesting to see what numbers this card does. You have one side where millions of people are losing their jobs or tight with money so there's no way fishing 80 for a ppv will work. Then you have the fact that there won't be fight parties or bars with the fight so more people will individually buy the fight.

I dunno, everyone probably had to sign a contract saying they knew the risks and that the ufc isn't responsible if they get Corona and die. Also ufc events bring in a lot of money with their events so I doubt state athletic commissions would try to bring the hammer with penalties. If the event is on neutral ground, commissions can't do anything anyway. ufc acts like their own commission in those situations.
