I want to see him fight a true top 10. That's all I want. It's safe to say he's legit but I want to see him get a real test. The division is absolutely loaded with killers.

Gunnar Nelson is the real deal. Unheralded, but may be the better fight compared to KoD. Needs to tighten up standup defense, got wild against Santiago. Tapping Akhmedov is no joke.

But on star power alone, the kid can be one of the biggest personalities in the sport.

IMO Conor's bravado is rivaled by nobody in MMA. Can you imagine if he actually beats a top 5 guy? It's going to be off the charts. I'm not crowning him at all yet but he is promising no doubt.

Give him Diamond or Frankie next and let's see what happens

Definitely sells himself well as a charismatic heel. I find him to be vulnerable on the ground, if he's serious about tightening up for a title charge.

I think Poirier is a great match up for Conor at this point.

Highly ranked, very well rounded but i wouldn't consider him to be super dangerous in any particular facet of the game. Could see it playing out like the Swanson/Poirier fight.

That's the perfect next step up for Conor. Stylistically too, Christ that would be a match made in heaven.

I like Masvidal but I think Cowboy's next fight is against a top 5 opponent. They were all set to give him Khabib for a title eliminator until he blew out his knee. Now I think they have Cowboy wait for the winner of Thomson/Green or a possible rematch with the winner of Bendo/RDA.

IMO Cowboy should have to get by Bendo or RDA to get a title shot. Both of them dominated Cowboy. RDA is ranked below Cowboy too.

The morning after, this point couldn't be more true. It seems like there's a consensus that the crowd was one of the best if not best in UFC history. The fights from the undercard to the main card delivered. It's a damn shame it was on stupid *** Fight Pass

More likely to be Josh, Green or Michael Johnson. Masvidal and Cruickshank are beasts but they haven't quite got the recognition or ranking.

I guess it will come down to availability though. Medical suspensions and whoever can stay healthy. etc.


Sad that pitbull got injured again seeing how good he looked last time out but my man Thatch is stepping in to replace him. That guy is a ******* DEMON!!

His standup has improved somewhat. He still has a lot to improve in my book. He tends to leave himself open a lot and he walks into a lot of shots.

Dustin still has a ways to go with his striking. He still relies on his ground game a lot but at the same time Dustin loves to bang. I agree with Phillyz in that Dustin leaves himself open, in fact he took heavy shots from Brandao. Dustin admitted himself on the Ariel show that he gets too anxious and leaves himself vulnerable. That's dangerous going against Conor. This fight just has epic written all over it.

Btw, how the hell the UFC gonna rank Frankie above Cub? If they fight then it makes no difference, but there's no way in hell Cub isn't the #1 contender after Mendes.
