No sight of Pennington on Embedded, her title reign is kinda like de Randamie's hardly anyone knows or cares she's the champion.

The UFC has been mismanaging the womens divisions since Ronda left but that's another story. I'm sure the brass hopes Pena wins to setup the Harrison fight next year. Pena is coming off a long layoff where she got dominated by Nunes last time out. Then she tries to make claims she had her "moments" in that one and would have won the trilogy lol. But hey fighters sometimes should have irrational confidence to be great.

Also, does anyone think the moment might be too big for Khalil this Saturday? Guy has fought in 5 straight Apex cards and never headlined any (I know he had the Hill fight scheduled and some of those Apex events were during covid restrictions). Plus he seems a little slower than Alex which could be his demise in the fight. I'm picking Alex by early KO in the 2nd round.

Khalil does seem to be this slow, methodical fighter…with explosive power.
Doesn’t seem like a volume type a la Jiri or slick striker like Izzy.
Also for everyone on the card…there’s the altitude thing. It could play havoc in any of the fights.
I raise to ya again…Merab beat Aldo in altitude. Worse matchup anyone could make. Merab in altitude. Aldo stuffed all his attempts but the judges let Merab eke out a win. The weird Rockhold/Costa fight. Or the head shot heard around the world. Leon said he felt bad the whole fight until that one moment.

DC on his pod with Ben was saying that Belal and Kamaru were actually throwing down and fighting when Belal went and did him and Cejudos pod 
Don't watch their pod so not sure if they aired that episode yet and how the tension was between them.
Also would not surprise me if this was fake and just Ali and them trying to make things so Usman can get a title shot over Shavkat

Before Khalil got on this little run the knock and running theme on him was that he'd be this killer one fight then disappear and be very tepid the next. Would not surprise me at all if he **** the bed in this kind of spot here Saturday.
