"The Last Dance" Michael Jordan & Chicago Bulls Docuseries

Jordan would have lost nothing/very little by supporting gnatt. Politics In the public wasn’t as vocally partisan as it is in now in the social media age. Especially a state election. He was more worried about Not pissing off the people lining his pockets that’s house ***** mentality and anybody who supports it.

And that’s one thing I respect about LeBron James. He doesn’t go hard like Cassius Clay, but he’s spoken up on serious issues.

How didn’t I know this before today lol

Wow, that didn't age well. That marriage was bound to fail.

From someone who didn't want attention

RIP Kobe. What a legend. We’re all fortunate to have seen him play.

Hopefully there is some kid somewhere watching Kobe highlights, emulating his every move like he did MJ.

Trae Young said that Kobe was their MJ. A lot of people are like that about Kobe, Lebron, Steph or KD. Only there's one Mike.

He should have sued Martin for White Bob.

Blah blah blah. People going to be posting the same thing every Sunday. Athletes will speak on the stuff they want to and if they want to.

Yep, I don't know why people don't just ignore it. It' s a big circle.

MJ better put some respect on DR Harvey Schiller’ s name. He suspended Eric Bischoff on WCW Nitro indefinitely back in 1997.

I think 4 straight was definitely going to happen. The top 4 players were in their prime: MJ, Scottie, Grant, BJ. The oldest one of them would have been MJ who would have been 31 in the '94 Finals. Kukoc was also young, there were only a few old guys on the team.

Also, I believe if the OLD-AS-HELL 96-98 teams could win 3 straight, this younger team could win 4 straight. Golden State played in 5 straight Finals, The easily could have won all of them, just change a few possessions here and there.

I'm not accounting for injuries or anything like that, just straight basketball. BUT, winning 4 straight could have ended up taking away some of the later titles because of fatigue.
So hearing how Jordan explain how he was over it ALL at the end of #3, do you still feel momentum was on their side and they could have definitely won 4?

Live look at KHUFU KHUFU :
tenor (15).gif

max kellerman takes khufu’s stance but the thing he keeps on bringing up is “should have” done this or that or he should have done what people expected him to act/behave.

that goes back to what i was saying that people always concerned about what other people are doing and saying what they should or shouldnt be doing and not letting people live their lives and do them.

in any instance today’s first take is a worthwhile watch and i bet their debate today was inspired by our debate here on niketalk lol

We need that 90s gear back. Surprised Nike didnt campaign around this...

Nike released that 1/4 zip a few years ago under the Vault tag. Just go onto eBay and you can find them. I passed on the 1/4 zip as it's not nylon but a normal cotton material and with cats in the house, it would have been a NIGHTMARE to keep clean! I did get the Legacy 3 Jacket and Pants thought and love wearing them during the quarantine.

The 1/4 zip actually made it to my local outlet late last year and it was down to about $50. Still passed bit it's made VERY nice!

every god**** shirt MJ wore back then needs to come back

Nike/JB should just retro the entire track suits from each year of shoes from 1-8. The 3,4,5,6 & 7 warmups were awesome!!!

Like I mentioned above, they brought back the 3 and the 5 suits and both were pretty close to the OG. The 4 jackets missed the "FLIGHT" script on the back of it (which was the best part) but the pants were pretty close.

Just give us the OG stuff as close as can be and it will FLY off the shelves!

Watched this game live as in my area (southeast PA) the Nets had a network for the tri-state area. Just can't remember if it was on WTBS/TNT (Turner) or the Nets channel. I think it was Turner as I think Bob Neal was doing the play by play.

My eyes were bugging out of my head after seeing that move!! It was simply unreal how long he was in the air!
