Even if Sterling fights the sale, he is gonna have to realize that the Clippers are no longer a viable spot to attract free agents. No one is gonna play for this fool.

Well he didn't care about losing for 20 years.Even if Sterling fights the sale, he is gonna have to realize that the Clippers are no longer a viable spot to attract free agents. No one is gonna play for this fool.
Sterling will eventually sell the team watch.
"Whether or not his comments were made in private, they're public now and they represent his views."
This.Like the sound of it, but could also just be advance PR spin from the NBA so a weak punishment seems stronger. We shall see.Bill Simmons @BillSimmons 25m
1. Hearing Adam Silver is dropping the nukes on Donald Sterling today. Everything short of a big mushroom cloud shaped like the NBA logo.
The thing was that he was getting some revenue from sponsorship and decent fan attendance even with all the losing. He lost all his sponsorships now and most likely fan attendance is gonna be at an all time low if he keeps it by next year.Well he didn't care about losing for 20 years.
dont get toooo happySilver already proving to be more about the welfare of the players than Stern ever was.
I said that before in response to speculation. I don't think that now, I think Silver is on the money with this.
This.
Why wouldn't he sell the team?
Did you guys see how much weak teams in small markets are selling for? The Bucks just sold for 550 MILLION. A team in a small market with no stars or potential.
He'd be crazy to turn down the insane amount of money the Clippers would bring in on the open market. It's not going to be worth the PR hit of keeping the Clippers.
