One would assume they were trying to hit Lee on the other side of the basket for the easier look, and the Hollins tip made him have to get it on the other side of the hoop for a reverse 

The @NBA instagram video makes it 100% clear that the ball was tipped

While they played ****** and probably deserved to lose the game, the shot still shouldn't count so they should have had a one point lead when time expired. I'm no expert, but i believe that means a win.

You can't just give a team a loss because they play a couple of bad quarters, not how sports works.

If that was the case, game should have been stopped after the first quarter when Memphis played terrible
