Is it possible that OJ Mayo could have a breakout year this year...? 
He's looked great in the pre-season, and starting off the season strong.

He looked good with the Mavs too when Dirk was out and they had nothing to lose. When Dirk came back and they needed OJ to continue to play at a high level but in a secondary role he looked like garbage. Don't trust him to be dependable in a smaller role on a contender. But yeah, he'll put up numbers on a team that will probably miss out on the playoffsIs it possible that OJ Mayo could have a breakout year this year...?

He had the opportunity last year, and failed miserably. That team last year was horrendous, but he didn't play any better.
Speaking of Dirk, holy moly. :x
I said in the pre-season that he was in mid-season form, and it's no joke. Shooting 66% from the field. In 24 attempts, he has missed 8 times, and three of those were beyond the arc. 14/19 from inside the arc.

Wouldn't have counted even if he scored. Can't intentionally shoot on an opponents' basket, which is what that would have been.
