He returned and won Olympia from all the training for Conan.

He gave great advice:

Find your vision. Whatever that is. If you don’t have a vision of where you want to be, every day feels like work. When you can see where you want to be, work becomes a joy. Not a chore.

It takes the same amount of energy to be positive that it does to be negative. And only one of them gets you anywhere.
