bcf, that really sucks that the concert didnt go as well as planned. at least you got the holy wars mechanix combo. i was hoping for that when they came in thesummer but they never did it

are concerts around you always outdoors though?

and its a good thing that the new megadeth album is good seeing as they played quite a few songs from it

Did anyone see Trivium and Hatebreed in Hollywood a few weeks ago? I only went for Trivium really (im fairly new to metal). Trivium rocked. Hatebreed waspretty nuts. They kinda grew on me that night. It was a pretty much all day events with these bands:

Cannibal Corpse
Chimaira
Unearth
White Chapel
Hate Eternal
Born of Osiris
Dirge Within
 
Dude that was a crazy concert with all those groups. Personal favorite from all those is Cannibal. I missed them though because it was between either them orMegadeth.
 
Cannibal was intense! I hopped in the mosh pit and nearly passed out. Had to get out and catch my breath (first time moshing). I think i'll check out somemegadeth now that im on break.

Also i got an acoustic guitar that has been collecting dust... i want to learn how to play. Any pointers?
 
I studied for a quiz in my computer architecture class instead of going to see Hatebreed, Cannibal Corpse, and Unearth. I am not amused with myself.

Yeah man when I saw Cannibal on the Mayhem festival I took in a cup of water and it was demolished afterwards. The pit gets crazy. But its funas heck. As for Megadeth check out Rust in Peace, Peace Sells, So Far So Good So What, and Killing is my Business.
