I think those Wheats are fake. I saw them, they remind me of the fakes ones I got beat with.
They had the same huge toebox.

the seller sent me a message saying that there's a 21 day hold on the funds and for me to resolve that by taking the hold off, If I don't within 24hours he's going to relist and not sell me the shoes. So I guess I lucked out.

Should ask for the shoe tag pic Redrum, that should let you know for sure if they are fake or not. But I think they are fake. The front of the toebox shouldnot be as round as it is.

For one, someone checked positive; but called his shoes fake. Second, the toe box is way to "boxy" if that's a word. Third, it doesn't matterif the numbers on the tag match, it matters what the tag looks like. Fourth, who care if he has 217 kicks- they could all be fugazi for what we know. Or hecould have picked up a random fake and is now looking to get his money back on others. Dude's is forcing the issue with you, even though he could get 2-3times what you paid for them. Looks mad suspicious to me. I'll keep my eyes open for a 9.0 Rum.


Oh, also 2 of his feedbacks are for shoes not coming as listed- another red flag of fugazi's.

I learned my lesson on Ebay years ago, got burned once (that was enough). Now I approach sellers with much scepticism. If it doesn't feel right, then Idon't pull the trigger (I have lost many AF1s that way, but I don't want to have a cloud over any pair in my collection). And I am a hawk
