I met this girl through friend R through friend M about two months ago. And now in some type of way we all friends. One saturday night I hit up a frat party my boy is working cuz he's in the frat. Friend R asks me what I'm up to and since she's my homegirl I tell her to come through. She brings Friend M and Girl (aka Friend A). Now I've been feelin friend A for a while now (basically since I met her) because she's a thick indian girl. Note I never got the digits and up to this point we'd only conversed once or twice. But as time goes on I'm getting more and more drunk. MEANWHILE Friend A is waiting for the dude she is FWB (i saw fwb because they weren't doing anything beyond kissing and touching) with to roll through (again note I did not know of this or about their relationship). So while she's waiting for him to come and I'm getting more and more drunk I start grabbin her waist trying to get her to dance with me. She's saying nah and removing my hands from her waist (I don't remember this but this is all according to Friend R.) So eventually FWB comes and in some weird drunken way (he was coming from another party) we both end up drunken friends and I let Friend A and FWB go do their thing. And I leave the party. Things naturally are awkward between Friend A and I and by extention friend M because those two are tight.

Fast forward to this month.
Friend A discovers that FWB dude was smash Buddies with another female on campus (she seemed to be one of the few in the dark on this one). I suppose she caught feelings or whatever because according to Friend R they don't talk anymore.
Now Friend A out the blue starts messaging me rather frequently and replying immediately to anything I respond with (no matter how long it takes me to respond for whatever reason.) Yesterday we had a final exam in a class we were both in and she starts asking how i think i did and the usual stuff and I'm replying tersely 1. because I'm still embarrassed at myself for what happened and trying to keep my distance and 2. because I'm suspicious as to why she has my number (recall we never exchanged info) and why she so talkative out the blue. and 3 because I'm kind of pissed at myself because I'm pretty sure I didn't do well on the test

This is the convo we have.

Don't even converse with the chick, straight up ignore her, she is only interested in getting one over on your dude because she caught feelings for him. No girl is worth the trouble between bros, especially a girl who had no interest in you before the saltiness occurred. If you decide to smash, once the deed is over she will quickly ignore you and you might loose your homey too in the process.
