Just approach and say hi. Depending on if you and the person already talk it could be a breeze. Personally, I say hi to everyone and keep casual convo, that way in case it comes time to ask for a favor or ask a girl out, we are already acquainted and it's not on some "guy who never says hello or says anything , just blind sided me and asked me out for lunch. He is so weird". Ask her if she'd like to join you for lunch. From there y'all talk. Do another lunch date or two and then you ask her if she wants to grab dinner.
