If you feel like that my man dont do it, you'll be thinkin about that $170 and what you could have done with it lol ... 2014 while its still wide open and of course more things will surface as time gets closer and the year goes on, but for now i like it not much is releasing that I want (so far) i told myself in '14 to limit myself. so far its looking good.

To be honest, I don't think this will be my year at all except for the 6's. Except for the 6's, 2's are the very bottom of my list. They look kind of like Converses to me. I'll probably finish the year with Taxi's and the white cement and bred 89 1's. Then hopefully the black cat 4's drop in January, if not I'll pick and choose what 6's I like and few pairs off RifLA that I need throughout the year. I might go crazy and not buy anything in December and just get the Xbox One since you're right about thinking what I could have gotten. I don't know, I still have a few days to really think lol

i can see how some might not like this shoe compared to other jordans. this model is probably the most bland style and color of any air jordan.

even the x had more going on and thats hard to say about that shoe lol

just like my car "feels" faster when i do something minor to it, is it actually better? and what does slimmer have to do with anything? the XIIs have always been tanks and felt a little big so now they are skimping on the amount of materials as well, great!

Gonna be interesting though. Has there even been a bad retro of the 12s? I haven't really heard any complaints of a retro. I know quality isn't as good as the OG but haven't heard a retro XII with terrible quality either.

I actually like bland colored shoes, sure some of the colored colorways look nice, but black and white will forever be my favorite combination on a shoe. I hope the hype isn't real on these just like the hype wasn't real on the Oreo 5's colorless colorway so I can cop a pair at retail price. These Taxi 12's are a classic must have, and I'm sure that as the days go by they'll continue to grow on me. I thought the hype on the Oreo 5's was real because I assumed everyone loved a simple black and white shoe that goes great with everything, and it turns out that they will probably be the easiest cop of the year in most people's minds. My deceitful thinking caused me to jump the gun too soon and cop the Oreo's a few days earlier for $240 when I should have waited and paid retail. From now on I'll be more patient on simple black and white colorways than more colorful shoes.

Yeah I like simple CW's myself, way better then the fruity retro+ CW's JB has been releasing lately IMO. You can never go wrong with a OG CW.

I'll probably cop these over the powdered blue 3's I was considering... I was blind, trying to go out of my element and skip out on a classic colorway shoe. I have decided I'm getting these if I don't end up getting the bred and white cement retro 89 1's I was also considering. I don't really have any classics and I've always visualized having a few classics in rotation. The only colorful show I like are the toro bravo 4's, the military blue 4's, true blue 3's, fire red 4' and 5's, oh and the red 5's in the Raging Bulls Pack.
