Stranger Things: Season4 in 2022? WTF

Is there any Show that touches on a Parallel Universe?

Edit: should have known you typed shows, my bad.
Fringe dealt with parallels. Rick & Morty.
Off the top of my head.
Donnie Darko and..... Sliding Doors :lol

I'm hoping every season of Stranger Things is totally different. Like True detective (despite the awful 2nd season).

I know there are a few movies, Edge of Tomorrow, Source Code, Deja Vu......shows though, can't think of any.

Also, Writers said it wouldn't be an Anthology.

Forgot about those. Add Interstellar. Source Code should be the quintessential parallel universe movie. So damn good. Edge of tomorrow was great on initial viewing. The aliens were relentless. Second viewing felt like a chore tho.

Coherence is a great small budget parallel universe movie. Type of movie you need to see like 6 times to get.

Damb did not know the girl was British

Dat gary oldman curve

Just finished, and... WOW. Brilliant show imo. A little predictable in story line, but was done so damb well. The kids are going to be stars 8) Automatically in for season 2.

Wait, did Will have a cut or blood leaking when he got got?

Mike saw that friend zone coming and he shot his shot. Pimp!

Maaaannnnnnnnnnnnnnn the last few minutes of the show were weak.

Expected a better ending.

Dope show either way.

Kinda seems like there might be a second season.

They tried to throw in too much in a little amount of time.

Like i said b4 even tho i liked it i thought the last episode was the weakest.

It feels like they wrote the story for 12 episodes and at the last minute Netflix told them u only got 8

I feel you on that. I finished episode 7 and I'm like they going to wrap everything up and plug up this story in one more episode. [emoji]128529[/emoji]... loved it but they couldve wrapped it up better.

Yea the ending was trash. They killed the atmosphere though def nailed that 80's feel. I'd be in for a 2nd season but they gotta come with it

Yeah they even cut down on the score. I think the episode before last ended with no music. Still a fun ride setting us in that 80s horror atmosphere.

The part I was like ok was when after the DOE stays offing people they set dude up to look like he had a wild night of pills and beer :lol

Just finished it...great show. I missed some details prob gonna have to rewatch again

I thought bootleg tim riggins looking guy was gonna get the girl at the end but nope, straight into the friend zone for him (at least he got a new camera out of it )

Also, is it just me, or was Steve's homie the most punchable character ever put on screen. Everything from the way he looked to the way he acted just irritated me. I hated that guy :lol

*edit cause nt wont let me edit my original post .my bad this isn't a stephen king work lol this whole time i thought it was

It wasnt? For some reason inthought it was george Lucas and steven king. Might be thinkin bout the wrong show/movie.

It's the way articles headline the first post is worded that makes folks think King/Speilberg

Sheriff looks like a strung out young jack nickolson.
First thing I thought
Just finished episode 1. Nothing really hooked me so far, but I really like the Stephen King/ Spielberg vibe. Felt like I was watching Stand By Me mixed with Dreamcatcher, but so far nothing really interesting has happened. Will give it 1 more episode before I decide to finish or tap out
Also thought of Stand by Me along with a bunch of other 80s movies
Good article. I caught a lot of the references as I watched. This one bothered me and I couldn't figure it out until I read it, and now it seems so obvious.

Really loved this series though, especially because of that spielberg/king sci-fi/horror

The cinematography, acting, score, and 80s vibe it gave off.

Ended up binge watching all 8 episodes today
