You're already shredded YousefNo need to get mad or defensive. Personally I just like to know who I'm getting advice from.

I have been trying only benching dumbells for the past month and have noticed improvement on strength.

Yeah I prefer DB bench press as well. I find it easier to push myself to my limit, especially since you don't really need a spotter.
was almost going to post a pic of mark rippetoe as my answer to his request but didn't even bother.Honest question, do you think it makes someones advice more valid if they look a certain way?

Yes there's no question. It's similar to finance where there are guys that understand how the books told them to get money and then there are guys that really get money. There's nothing worse than trainers that look like it's their first day in the gym.Honest question, do you think it makes someones advice more valid if they look a certain way?

Not the best example lolYes there's no question. It's similar to finance where there are guys that understand how the books told them to get money and then there are guys that really get money. There's nothing worse than trainers that look like it's their first day in the gym.
And weightlifting likewise.
Also:
Would you take strength advice, form help or coaching from someone weaker than you?
If the answer is no, then you need to open your eyes and stop being close-minded.
Nearly all pro bodybuilders have coaches who are nowhere near as jacked or lean as them. Same with powerlifting in terms of totals.
dude, your progress has been crazy. big respect. You like them deadlifts tonight bby
Probably not lol but that's just what comes to mind when I see some of these trainers. It would be difficult to take advice from someone that I'm in better shape than. Not the best example lol
There are some people who enjoy learning and helping others rather then apply their knowledge on just themselves.
I can't get motivated anymore. I took a month off because of my back. I've since healed but now I don't want to do anything. I'm getting fat and I don't have a gym membership anymore. I've gotta get a spark, somethin
