At this point I just do whatever lifts I feel like doing (squats like 96% of the time ) and then I play basketball until closing. Usually ends up being 1-1.5 hours lifting and 1-2 hours of basketball.
I should probably set some goals for myself.
Are you seeing good results? Curious cuz if i had the time to spend at the gym, what you do is what id do lol. Instead i usually just ball. Dad life
