Do you think you did that poory, have you thought about signing up for GMAT specific classes? They help immensely, especially for those that have been out of school for a couple of years.

Anyway, I work out in Nike Free's, they do the job and do it well.

Free Runs or Roshes in the gym for me.

The only days you really need powerliting shoes are obviously leg days and whenever you deadlift, clean and jerk, all that stuff. I just do them in my socks.
 
$50 wrestling shoes.  None compressive and super comfortable when working on Back or Legs.

Exactly. So if you dont do olympic lifts, then you dont really need olympic lifting shoes.

Its the equivalent of wearing Vibrams to do a bunch of bicep curls, or wearing a weight lifting belt while bench pressing.
 
Not necessarily. If you front squat on the regular, Olys can be extremely helpful and even for some people squatting, if you squat below parallel it helps.

Great vid bro. His training regime is insane. True definition of a warrior. All that money, fame, and more money and he still trains like he's a amataur. Amazing man

after the first week or so i was not craving carbs so it was not too bad. Now, looking back, I dont see how i did it. Carbs are too good
 
used to workout in my jordan metallic 5's and lebron 7's all the time. Then got paranoid what if the bubble popped? lol most weight I know I could deadlift 315 with those shoes and still be good.

Now i just use my rasta adidas. Closest thing I have to chucks.

Well yeah, but if thats all youre doing I dont see a need to buy specific shoes for those purposes. Just take your shoes off and squat. Im just saying most people dont "need" them.

Too good, and after going since the beginning of April strictly Keto ever since my 2 days off during Spring Break doing 8 weeks of Keto before then, I think i'm going to implement a weekly carb-up.

before this cut i had never eating boil pumpkin, to my surprise it taste delicious.
i was a big fan of sweet potatoes, but now is pumpkin all day lol
 
My pops does this during Halloween time when the pumpkins are all over on the cheap:

Boil em with a stick of cinnamon and brown sugar.

Candied, tastes amazing.

lol I wear a different pair of kicks evey time I go. I mean I have a rotation of shoes strictly for the gym, but that has like 20 pair in it. They always stay crispy that way. Anything from kobes to lunar eclipses and frees. reebok answers and nike hyperdunks. all of that good stuff. I dont care what I wear when I'm lifting, upper body anyways. on leg day I just wear frees or reebok zigs.
 
Yea, I used to just run my Frees into the ground, but now I just throw on whatever. People look at me like I'm nuts when I wear something with high resale value lol. Rotating a few pairs of Frees was all well and good, but became pointless with this shirt n tie life.

Went in on some cardio today. Been wearing a knee sleeve lately, hopefully this knee soreness subsides soon. Gonna foam roll after the game. Still annoys me to use it, but I've been trying to stay more consistent with it.e
