ton of max strength gone because i cut my food intake. I can still hit major weight when i WANT to but it involves 5-7 weeks maxing the fuh out almost everyday. im on cruise control past 5 yrs.how much of your max strength do you think you lost by slimming out? was it ‘difficult’ for you to maintain that weight?
