I never pay attention to how i fall asleep or wake up. What's so good about sleeping on your back?

i've seen my numbers/overall health/ breathing/ gut health all improve vastly prioritizing it
sleeping on your back is great for your spine and breathing while sleeping helps you get into full REM faster
