How you like that Sauna? I was planning to get one soon.
Anyone have a recommendation on workout belts for squats and dead lifts?
I use a strengthshop 13mm lever belt. I only use it for the heaviest sets though.

1 weigh in a week in consistent conditions is just fine.
If you buy a rope get the thicker one too. Length doesn’t matter too much. Also plan on how to anchor it down

I think there is arguments both ways for that, everyday weigh ins can mess with your head but its easier to stay on track.
Everyday weight ins are not ideal when cutting for the long haul.
Once a week is fine, unless you’re cutting before a show.
