Followed that up with shoulders on the DB.

65x6 80x7 85x6, 75x7, 65x8.


Hit a circuit of front/lateral raises, Bicep and tricep work and of course dips/pull ups.


My girl made a pot roast with mushroom gravy, some spinach and caramelized onions.

Was me last night. Ordered a large all meat marvel from Round Table for the World Series game 7. After about 5 slices i thought to myself "maybe i shouldn't have ordered the pizza", only to eat another two slices an hour later haha.
Pizza ain't a bad cheat meal.... Though everyday then its a problem.
