All this motivation might try to hit 335 on squats today. Hit 315 for a double twice last week and the week before but didn't want to push it cause my knees are trash. Going for broke today :pimp:

Man.....those knee wraps did wonders. Then I did lunges and my knees said "nah you good"

Felt low on energy. Pulled through. Might do a refeed day this weekend. I'm feeling the low energy effect.

I need to pick up some sleeves I think.....maybe will help.

Also, probably some smelling salts.

Still dealing with some lower back pain and I don't know why. Maybe I'll try icing it down tonight. Man, I really wanted to do some deadlifts tomorrow.
 
Meh. I used to squat in Nike Dunks. I felt like the toe was going to rip on the heavier sets, but my squat form is questionable so I have two different variables there.

I just walked into a random spinning class and hopped on the bike cuz all the cardio equipment was being used.

I was bumping my music. I just looked at em in their face and got on the bike, set the resistance and started peddling.

Was me last night. Ordered a large all meat marvel from Round Table for the World Series game 7. After about 5 slices i thought to myself "maybe i shouldn't have ordered the pizza", only to eat another two slices an hour later haha.

I been trying to take care of some calluses for months now. Just recently started shaving them off little by little and putting some lotion stuff on them. Seems to be helping.

I used to have to cut them off lol. I switched to an office job and that took care of some of them.
