STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Took a few L's today. Procrastinated on doing laundry so I had no clean close to lift in. Figured I've training 3 days in a row so I'll take a day off....my day off turned into a night of mexican food and beer on my cut. Gonna have to work super hard for the next couple days.
 
Yea face pull's should be in everyone's routine IMO. I do them as a warm up and focus on external rotation, as well as doing them for higher rep sets targeting the rear delts.
 
Dropped everything to 70 percent and added volume. Dear lord, I was wheezing tonight like I was doing crossfit. Lol.

Hit 255 for a double on hang power cleans tonight. Hadn't cleaned in a while so I went for it.

Don't understand the obsession with snack bars in here.

Never ate any of that stuff, I can do protein if I have no other options but real food > *.

I just don't see why that always warrant so much discussion, I see more comments about them and Amazon deals from a lot of guys than actual work out talk.

But yet you're commenting about it now.... Which are you more concerned about in your last 2 comments? Your assumption of guys thinking bars > real food? Or not enough workout talk?

Read the comments bro. Not one person in here will tell you that bars > real food. I eat the bars but its not my go to. I post deals so others can flourish like jdfrenchbread. 

I'm not promised a good meal at work so I gotta eat something quick. They're convenient for that. 

Also idk what you mean about not enough workout talk. Plenty of that still going strong the last couple pages.
 
I was going to comment about it earlier but didnt want to seem like i was obsessing about it.

But yea not one person in here prefers bars over a meal. And i meal prep everyday but when I'm starving. Driving on the high way I'm not about to open up my Tupper ware of rice chicken and greenbeans.

So yes we get it...some of you guys are on the real meal crew..

But for those of us who do eat bars for the convenience or the few of us that dont eat sweets (like me) its a good alternative to get in good macros
