I worked up to 475 for a beltless PR on DL tonight, followed by 405x6x3 beltless.

Lower back is frieeeeeddddd

What does a belt help you more with? Personally I don't get near as much carry over on DL compared to squats.
 
deadlifted 315 x3 for 10 sets EMOM. Only stopped because I got bored. I hate deadlifting.
 
tried that 315 deads emom superset with lat pull downs also got bored and sick of doing them.

Weighed myself this morning. 40 pounds dropped since August. Sidenote: Redline White Heat makes my heart feel like it's about to stop.
