Water is usually the answer to most problems. Try not to look into a product right away, increase your water intake and see where that gets you. You would be surprised at how many issues are fixed just by staying hydrated

Anybody ever get a bubbling/twitching/pulsating feeling in your knees? It's been going on for a week now, hoping it would pass but I'm low key shook.
 
Deadlifts 440 for two singles last night while drunk.


Grinders both times but still happy for a new max, girl made me fettuccine alfredo with chicken breasts for that refuel. :pimp:



Also getting close to the triple digit mark on dumbbell shoulder presses.

Just had a Quest Bar (cookies and cream to be exact) and it was meh.

Sticking to real foods for my macros

I was feeling a little festive and was craving some post workout Kare-Kare. Filipino heads know what's up. Swapped out oxtail for dat lean sirloin.

14.4 grams of carbs
25.1 grams protein

And a half cup of white rice

Grand total of 410 kcal :smokin
 
i could never eat those little meals...it would just anger me. 

i do 2 big meals a day. 

i have no time to eat 6 times a day.

How you figure its 410 calories?

Whenever I count calories I tend to over estimate.
 
:nerd: :x at Frank Yang. After every working set, I get dehydrated and NEED water.

And I never worked out drunk, but I did workout couple times hungover.
 
I used to like Frank Yang. Now I like him even more.

Work out hung over most of the time. Gets rid of the hangover. And have worked out buzzed and a little high. I know people that just like working out stoned.

I usually work out high, sativa only though.



Focus through the roof, makes the music sound that much better as well.



2 meal a day gang, nothing less than 2k cals.
 
you guys are ruining your metabolism with those big meals. you need to eat frequent small meals to keep your metabolism high and the body can only use 30g of protein at a time. the rest turns to fat.

those oh yeah victory bars are tasty. had a bunch of the pb ones.
