lol, I have knee soreness and lower back soreness from dumping the weight forward but they are not permanent as far as I can tell. If I were in competition I could have smashed my spotters foot/leg. :{

I have had for 2-3 years. I am pretty disappointed in the quality obviously, I am going to write Inzer a letter expressing this(they dont respond to email for some reason). I know some lifters that are a lot stronger than me that use this belt and if they drop the weight, they could seriously f themselves up.
