Can anybody recommend me a preworkout? Finished C4 and it's doesn't have the same effect on me. I cycle it on and off for 6 months.
I use White Flood and it works for me. Especially when i need that extra push to get out them last reps
Good cardio I guess. Was supposed to be back day.That had to be a workout all by itself.
Foam roller + lacrosse ball...hhhhhnnnnnnnnnnggggggggg on rest days.
Lower back still sore from squatting monday…. thank God for the foam roller.

Diagnosis: fracture in my foot.
Cast only for a week, maybe 2 then ill be in a boot. This sucks bros.

Also trying to work on my arms and chest, what do you suggest I do for that?
I have a gym in my complex but dont know what to do or what weights to do.

You can't spot reduce. That means, you can't just target the fat on your thighs, or midsection or anywhere else
I would just do general cardio then slowly incorporate situps here and there.
The point is, you want to burn fat. Lifting weights will help burn fat.
I would start with a fairly basic full bodyworkout maybe 2 or 3 times per week.
Ease your way into it.
Natural Peanut Butter is good. I believe all brands have a "Natural" version of PB.
