I'm trying to hit the gym now during my break from school and I was wondering about how to figure out what a good workout routine is like how many days and what to do on different days. I'm trying to lose a lot of weight. I've already lost 25 pounds the past few months and I want to keep going and right now I'm lazing around at home because I'm on break. So any helpful websites on trying to get a workout routine going specifically one to help burn fat
