Working out at night is fine I believe. But I think its bad to sleep immediately, or it may prevent you from falling asleep - due to highactivity. Would anyone like to chime in on this?Originally Posted by JRThumper85

Also are chewy granolas bars a good snack?
Whats in the bar? It may have a lot of fructose, sugars etc.. best to avoid that stuff and snack on fruits instead.
