Hit a new pr on flat db bench press. On my last set I hit 90x5 with my weight ~160lbs.. Gonna keep lifting heavy and bulk till about 170

bulking just for 2 months? why not 3? I don't know, just feel like with 3 months you can get the most out of whatever you're trying to do in the gym, whether it's bulking or cutting, but everybody's body is different, good luck.Originally Posted by youngmoney
